FAQ

Common questions.

  • Is the Rwanda Lab actually open?

Yes — Rwanda is our latest active Lab node. AI pilot intake is open now in Kigali. Early builds are deliberately scoped so we can ship and learn with the first cohort of partners.

  • Who is AI Systems for right now?

Organizations with at least one clearly painful workflow they want to systematize — typically NGOs, SMEs, schools, government teams and media organizations. We're not building consumer chatbots.

  • What does pilot intake look like?

A 30-minute AI consultation to qualify the use case, followed by a written pilot proposal with scope, timeline and pricing. If it's not a fit, we'll say so.

  • What happens after I book?

We confirm receipt within 2 business days, schedule the consultation and email a short prep note. After the call, you receive a tailored pilot proposal.

  • Typical timeline for a first build?

Most first pilots ship in 4–8 weeks. Audits and discovery work are shorter. We protect scope aggressively to keep first builds shippable.
