Is Product Lab really open in Kigali?
Yes. Rwanda is our latest active Lab node and intake is open for early product builds. Slots are deliberately limited so first MVPs can ship.
Do I need a finished idea before booking?
No. A clear problem and an audience are enough. We sharpen the bet in the Product Session and decide together whether the next step is strategy, discovery or a build.
What does intake look like?
A 30-minute Product Session to pressure-test the idea, followed by a written proposal with MVP scope, milestones and pricing.
What happens after I book?
We confirm receipt within 2 business days, schedule the Product Session and send a short prep note. After the call, you receive a tailored proposal.
How long until an MVP ships?
Most first MVPs ship in 6–12 weeks once scope is agreed. We aggressively cut features to protect the launch date.
